Grupo Herdez guidance for 2025
Investors
Grupo Herdez, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Grupo Herdez” or the “Company”) (BMV: HERDEZ) announces its official 2025 guidance.
- Two-thirds of the projected growth in net sales is estimated to come from an increase in volumes.
- We anticipate slight pressure on operating margins and EBITDA, attributed to rising costs, exchange rate pressures, and higher operating expenses related to logistics due to increased storage capacity, as well as other expenses associated with the implementation of the ERP project.
- An improvement in consolidated net income is projected, driven by the normalization of avocado prices and operational efficiencies across the three MegaMex businesses.
- CapEx for 2025 is estimated to range between MXN 1.5 and 2.0 billion, of which MXN 500 million will be allocated to the ERP migration. The remainder will be assigned to expanding capacity in the export salsa line, installing the new long-pasta line for Barilla, and remodeling stores in the Impulso segment.
