Sustainability initiatives
Sustainable & Regenerative Agriculture Program (PASyR)
Through PASyR, we foster long-term partnerships with agricultural suppliers to source high-quality raw materials grown with responsible and natural practices.
Sustainability-Linked Bond Issuance
A major 2024 achievement was improving water efficiency—reaching 2.06 m³ per ton produced, a cumulative 20% reduction since our 2018 baseline. This result confirms that aligning finance with sustainability creates real, measurable value.
Women’s Empowerment Principles
We signed the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a framework encouraging businesses to promote gender equality in the workplace, marketplace, and community. Our commitment includes fair wages, gender-sensitive supply chains, and zero tolerance for workplace harassment

For more than ten years, our social responsibility programs have transformed rural communities, with a strong focus on child well-being through comprehensive nutrition. We work to improve access to water and promote food production and commercialization initiatives, directly contributing to SDG 2: Zero Hunger.
