Supplier Evaluation: Toward a Sustainable Supply Chain

We integrate sustainability as a core principle throughout our value chain. For the past four years, we have implemented a supplier evaluation model to assess environmental, social, and regulatory performance.

The goal is to mitigate risks, encourage responsible practices, and build a resilient supply chain. Evaluations are conducted continuously. In 2024, we assessed 100 suppliers of various sizes and categories—including raw materials, packaging, and service providers. Of the total, 76% demonstrated alignment with our sustainability objectives. Our 2025 Goal: Evaluate at least 80% of suppliers of raw materials and packaging.

In 2024, the Evaluation Included:

• 44 large companies
• 41 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• 15 microenterprises

Supply with Quality and Commitment Our focus ensures that processed or semi-processed ingredients and agricultural raw materials used in our products come from suppliers with food safety certifications. In 2024: 77.4% of ingredients met required certifications

57.6% of agricultural raw materials** came from suppliers enrolled in the PASyR Program
