Lactation Rooms: A Commitment to Well-being and Inclusion

At Grupo Herdez®, we foster a culture of inclusion and respect. Since 2019, we have implemented lactation rooms as part of our commitment to support mothers returning to work.
We have nine lactation rooms located across our work centers:
- 3 in corporate offices in Mexico City
- 6 in operational complexes in the State of Mexico, Jalisco, and San Luis Potosí
These 15 locations host nearly 38% of our total workforce.
This initiative not only provides a safe and comfortable space—it reflects our support for gender equity. Women aged 18 to 40 who use the lactation rooms represent 36% of our female workforce.
In the last three years alone, we have registered almost 100 users of these rooms.
Through initiatives like this, Grupo Herdez® reinforces its commitment to the comprehensive well-being of our people, ensuring that returning to work is a positive and supported experience.
